Welcome to Le Petit Etang. Our gite is situated on the outskirts of the village of Passais La Conception in Normandy, North West France. We are around 90 minutes from St Malo and Caen Ouistreham and 3.5 hours from Paris.

Welcome to Le Petit Étang – Your Home in the Heart of Normandy

Tucked away on the edge of the picturesque village of Passais La Conception in north-western France, Le Petit Étang is a spacious and beautifully appointed country house – the perfect place to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature.

With five comfortable bedrooms, a private swimming pool, extensive gardens, and its very own river and lake, the house offers a peaceful retreat for families and groups of friends. Whether you're sipping a glass of wine by the lake, splashing in the pool under the summer sun, or spotting wildlife in the nearby woods, Le Petit Étang offers something for everyone.

Le Petit Étang sleeps up to 12 guests – including three double rooms, a twin room, and a children’s bunk room. There is a ground floor ensuite bedroom for ease of access.

The main living room is spacious, with plenty of seating and a large-screen television. The bright conservatory is perfect for long summer evenings. The kitchen is well equipped, with a large fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is surrounded by a large, well-kept plot of land. The River Pisse runs through the grounds and the private lake is a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine. There is a barbecue area and lots of garden furniture. The swimming pool (available in summer) is at the front of the house.

There is parking for three cars on the property. The nearest shops are a few minutes’ walk away, and there is a large supermarket 15 minutes away in Gorron.
