The Gîte

Le Petit Étang is a large and comfortable country house with five bedrooms, a private swimming pool, a spacious garden, and a picturesque river and lake. It is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful rural setting.

There are three double bedrooms, one twin room and a room with four bunk beds – ideal for children. There are four bathrooms in total. One bedroom and one bathroom are on the ground floor, which is helpful for elderly guests or those with limited mobility.

The main living room is spacious, with plenty of seating and a large-screen television. The bright conservatory is perfect for long summer evenings. The kitchen is well equipped, with a large fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house accommodates up to 12 people. Children will enjoy the table football!

The house is surrounded by a large, well-kept plot of land. The River Pisse runs through the grounds and the private lake is a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine. There is a barbecue area and lots of garden furniture. The swimming pool (available in summer) is at the front of the house.

There is parking for three cars on the property. The nearest shops are a few minutes’ walk away, and there is a large supermarket in the town of Gorron.
